Joseph is Co-Founder and CEO of S-Network Global Indexes. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s business including business development, human resources, administration, public relations, operations and compliance.
Prior to S-Network, Joseph served as a Managing Director of UBS, with responsibility for all facets of the firm’s global exchange traded fund initiative. Prior to joining UBS, Joseph was a Managing Director and Senior Consultant of S-Network LLC, where he maintained responsibility for relationships with key clients, including State Street Bank & Trust, Goldman Sachs and Barclays Global Investors. Before joining S-Network, Joseph was a Managing Director of Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for the bank’s US index arbitrage and portfolio trading businesses. Joseph managed Deutsche Bank’s entry into the US ETF market, launching the first open-end 40-Act Fund to be listed on US stock exchanges. He also worked as part of the management teams at both Nomura and Kidder Peabody, with responsibility for managing those firms’ index arbitrage businesses. Joseph graduated with a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York.
Patrick is responsible for the development, production and maintenance of all S-Network indexes, including indexes that serve as the underlying for financial products holding $4 billion in AuM. He is also responsible for the oversight of product-centered company IT.
Prior to S-Network, Patrick worked as a Research Analyst for Dow Jones Indexes where he was a member of the custom index quarterly review team and managed the Calvert Social and Ardour Global Indexes. Patrick also served as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Restricted Stock Systems where he developed and implemented testing procedures for new software. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a concentration in Management Information Systems for Rutgers University School of Business.
Ade Odunsi is a Managing Director and has been affiliated with Treesdale Partners, LLC since September 2011. He is responsible for co-managing the Treebrook Macro fund and also advises on a number of separately managed accounts for Treesdale. He has 19 years of experience in derivative trading, sales and management at a number of leading, global investment banks. Prior to Treesdale, Mr. Odunsi worked at Barclays Capital. In 2007 he was a Managing Director, Head of Corporate FX Sales but then transitioned into Head of FX Structuring Americas two years later in 2009. In this role he was responsible in the Americas for FX trading strategy, idea generation and FX risk advisory for all client types. In addition he had responsibility for the FX index and exchange traded note businesses. Prior to that, he worked at Merrill Lynch starting in 1999 when he was Head of Exotic Option trading. In 2001 he moved to New York as Head of FX option trading in the Americas. On promotion to Managing Director in 2004 he transitioned into a structuring role taking on more responsibility to eventually become Head of FX, Rates & Commodity structuring in the Americas. From 1996 to 1999, he worked at Chase Manhattan Bank as an exotic option trader and was promoted to vice president, senior FX option trader. He began his career in 1992 at Royal Bank of Canada. Mr. Odunsi holds an MA in economics from Trinity Hall College, University of Cambridge.
